INGREDIENTS: Chaga (Inonotus obliquus).
Simmer in water, approximately 1 ounce of chaga per 1 quart of water. Longer steeping produces a stronger flavor--experiment to find your preferred strength. Add milk or sweeteners as desired!
This is chaga we have harvested ourselves from the boreal forest. Chaga has been used to make tea for centuries and has many medicinal qualities.
